"RYAN, a man of integrity" I must say the service here is phenomenal ?? I ordered the New Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger meal with a side potato. I specifically said; NO BACON! When my meal arrived, it was HOT ? & the fries were crispy ? looking at the sour cream & butter, I was anxious to taste the smoking hot potato. I proceeded to open the container & what do you know it? It was loaded with bacon ? I took it back & explained to Ryan I didn't want bacon! I thought he would fake-me-out...read full review
The girl at the window told me they were waiting on fries, whole time the fries were waiting on them. People make mistakes but to make customers wait longer just to still get the order wrong is something different.

The food at this Wendy's was good, but the staff was not friendly and the service, although fast, made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for mayonnaise because I had bought several hamburgers and nugets and fries and they had only given me two, they didn't want to give me even one more.... What's happening is my question, maybe a small packet of extra mayonnaise is too much. But what bothered me the most was the attitude.
