“The other Wendy's that is closed in pickerington did not have the frosty machine available. I ordered two frosties and I was trying to bring them into my home they both fell. This particular Wendy's replace my order with no charge. I would like to thank this Wendy's for making me whole again. I don't know the name of the gentleman who was running the window on this evening. He deserves as much as you can give him, at least a pat on the back. It's hard to find people that are good with customer service“
“I just went through there this morning for breakfast with my two young boys and the service was outstanding! Nowadays going through a drive-thru you barely get a hello or a smile and the woman who helped me this morning just made my day. A genuine person making genuine conversation who obviously truly cared about her customers. I wish I would have caught her name to give her a shout out, she was an older African American woman work in the Drive-Thru window on 4/10/26 at 1000am. Such a kind soul❤️“
