I spent an extra 6.00 to throw it in the trash. when I called to speak to an actual manager, that is their franchise owners policy. There are certain requirements of franchise owners regarding policies they should adhere to. If a mistake is made by the employees, it should be refunded. If it were on me, I would just say my bad pay for it and move on. But this? Its a really good way of ensuring no return visits. It's not a good look on the corporation as a whole since it's their brand representation and their inept manner of conducting business in a fair and reasonable fashion. Joliet Il.“
