“The young girl at the drive-thru was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and personable. Best drive thru experience I've had at a Wendy's ever! It was about 10:15-10:30. Nice girl. The cheeseburger.. well... I don't normally eat fast food so.. ?“
“So, I love Wendy's just as much as the next person but let me tell you, this Wendy's is on Point! My cashier, Crystal was awesome! I was already in awe of the idea of a chocolate peppermint frosty ???to go along with my Spicy Chicken (sub Honey Mustard instead of mayo, of course) & sour cream & chive baked potato (3 sour cream, 2 butter, 1 salt, 4 pepper)... Crystal made the Frostys & made sure I was happy with the proportions of chocolate to peppermint (mind blown in the best way! ?). Not only that, she made sure I got all the right condiments I requested along with plasticware & napkins... and the icing on this delightful Wendy's cake... THE FOOD WAS PERFECT! My spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and actually spicy & the quality of the chicken... thank you... no more tough, stringy chicken... and my baked potato was awesome & not over baked into mush! ?? Bravo!“
“I placed an order on the mobile app last night and it accepted my order and deducted the payment. When we made it to Wendy's the manager said that they aren't connected to to app and I had to order my food again and pay for it the second time. My husband asked why we had to pay for it the second time and then they refused to help us out and explain how to cancel the order on the app and get a refund.So today I called the restaurant and explained after all that they messed up our sandwiches. They weren't made correctly and by the time we got home which is 5 minutes away our french fries was cold. So when we called we talked to Tim. Tim (manager) replaced our sandwiches and french fries without a hassle. We are so thankful that Tim does work there. We have just a couple issues with our food but when we talked to Tim he had no problem replacing the food and he gives us 5 star service. We will continue to go to this Wendy's as long as we get better service than not. We usually go to Wendy's at least once a week if not twice. Thank you.“
