“I recently ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit here(6/11/2024) it was bland. It took 5 or 6 minutes waiting at the window. I don't know if you ever had to wait behind someone at the window, you start thinking they ordered for a whole bunch of people. It was one biscuit sandwich.
I ordered it because I had two recently at the Wendy's at Louisa Kentucky, they were both fabulous! Today's biscuit sandwich, pale comparison. Think turkey bacon versus real bacon.
The staff was nice, seemed to be working short. Seems it's going around. ?

“Wendy's is such a great establishment. It's fast food. The staff, however, has declined in efficiency and etiquette. I hope they can get that back. I'll continue yo patronize Wendy's as long as the food's quality remains great.“
