“Clean restaurant and restroom. We dined in. Trash cans had plenty of room for our trash. Smiling, friendly, counter staff. Napkins, ketchup, and all other complimentary items were well stocked, neat, and clean. Tim Hortons is attached to Wendy's and smelled fantastic.“

Why would I pay normal pricing when surge pricing is on option?!?I think it’s great. Leave it to Wendy’s to innovate like no one else!“
“Food came out fast, tasted like fast food. Wouldn't give it a bad rating, just fast food flavor-cooked well. They didn't have a process in place to handle customers who didn't feel comfortable in using the kiosks-customer waited a significant time at the counter, while I was there, to get wrung up by a cashier.“
“Wendy's is such a great establishment. It's fast food. The staff, however, has declined in efficiency and etiquette. I hope they can get that back. I'll continue yo patronize Wendy's as long as the food's quality remains great.“
