This place has always had good food, it's a shame they are closing next month! Get in there now and try the Pasta Bayou before its too late!!! I'll be going back one last time for sure.
Food was fabulous! Great lobster tail & steak!
Staff was friendly and I don't fault them, but it's a bad location overlooking a sewage treatment plant and a run down area. The food has little to no seasoning, even the items listed as spicy were very bland. Outside seating is decorated with bags of dead yellowjackets and open trashcans of discarded food. The signature lighthouse of the area appears to have had better days as this restaurant surely has as well.
Erie Steak & Seafood Co. serves good food, including the popular Pasta Bayou, but has seen better days. The location, overlooking a sewage treatment plant, can be off-putting. While the staff is friendly, the food has been inconsistent, with some dishes lacking seasoning. The restaurant, once bustling, now feels like a ghost town. The lake Erie perch dinner, a signature dish, has also declined in quality. Despite this, the restaurant remains a nostalgic spot for some, who miss the old standards and quality.
