Usually don't have to wait for very long either, never more than 5 to 10 minutes. The workers are very friendly and always so sweet at the window. “I gave five stars because the product is always the same as any other Papa John's. HOWEVER, their customer service is above average. Few instances have resulted in incorrect orders. For my time they were prompt to give a discount or help in other ways with food. We all make mistakes, how you fix it, is what matters and they have proven to me they want to continue to earn my business.“
