“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! “OMG!!! We just had Kantina cater our weekend bar-mitzvah for a dinner and a lunch and I cannot even explain how amazing Kantina is!!! From the staff, to the food, to the presentation!!! Seth is beyond incredible. He is kind, and accommodating, professional, and sweet. He made everything PERFECT!!!! He was an absolute dream to work with. My guests (and myself of course) could NOT STOP RAVING about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the setup was, how helpful and sweet the staff were, and how absolutely superhuman Seth is to have done all this and still be the most humble and incredible professional on the planet. We originally went to Kantina just to try out the restaurant several years ago and were blown away by the deliciousness of the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. When we had my daughter's bat-mitzvah party, we reached out to Seth to cater because we loved his food. Holy cow did he do an amazing job. So a few years later, we had him cater our other daughter's bat-mitzvah party....again, blown away by the quality of the food and the service!! We were so incredibly happy with Seth and Kantina that we went back again, this time for a Friday night dinner and a Saturday lunch at our synagogue. We did not think we could be any more impressed, but we were!!!! Everything was seriously PERFECT!!!! I cannot thank Seth and Kantina enough for making all our events absolutely the most enjoyable they could be in every way!!! I would recommend Kantina in every situation for every occasion!!! I hope Kantina and Seth are here to stay for many many years to come!!”

“The young man at the service counter had excellent customer service. He was polite and patient with a "needy" customer, and that was nice to see. The tuna wrap and the tuna sandwich that he made for us were done well. We could not have done anything differently, but maybe the bread toasted slightly better. The service pushed this rating to 5 stars. Well done, Subway.”

“I love 7 Brew! Certainly, the beverages are delicious. But what amazes me is the volume of business they’re able to conduct out of this tiny island in the middle of a shopping center. And the prices they charge are premium! (That’s why I don’t come here very often). I imagine anyone in business would be interested in a model like this. Make sure your public-facing employees are neat, polite, and service-oriented, also be sure your product is high-quality.

Most restauranteurs will tell you that the price you pay is partially for “real estate.“ In other words, somebody’s got to pay for the atmosphere and decor, at least. But 7 Brew has none of that yet they levy a fairly harsh “tax“ for the privilege of purchasing there.

I suppose the drive-in/drive out feature deserves some compensation. But again, I don’t come here often because I would expect the pricing would reflect the lack of amenities offered. (note, for all my complaining I still return every three months or so.)”

“This bakery is a standout among bakeries in Cleveland! The quality of the cafe level drinks and all of the pastries and goodies is phenomenal. I have been to a lot of cafes/bakeries around the world and the bakery items here are so delicious because they are a little less sweet than the standard bakery. The cakes are light and fluffy, the cream filled breads and donuts are decadent and light, and the classic Korean style croquettes and fried bread items are delicious! I have been coming here since they opened, and the owners are so lovely and sincere as well. I would recommend this bakery to anyone who loves not too sweet baked good, and delicious and light savory croissants/breads! My personal favorite are the matcha creme donuts and breads. Also their lavender matcha latte and matcha frappe are to die for!

Also the service and the people who work here all are incredibly friendly and professional. They take time to pack your items for take out orders, and are careful.

“First time visiting Qdoba and I must say I was impressed. The staff at this location were friendly, upbeat, and professional. Shout out to Frank, the manager. When he heard this was my first visit, he came out and introduced himself and told me all about the Rewards program. He encouraged me to download the app and sign up. Ne'Vaeh Zhayshon is simply adorable. She laughed at my corny jokes and suggested I try the Queso, which I absolutely love! It was such a great vibe interacting with these two individuals. I will definitely come back to this location.”

“My meal was great, but things could have gone better. My moms meal came out and it was ice cold (a hot dish) and by the time the waiter came around everyone was nearly finished eating so she sent it back without getting something else. We also ordered an appetizer and for the price, an egg roll sampler, it was basically 4 rolls cut in half. We got a hot crab dip also and the bread slices that came with it where practically inedible due to how hard and burnt they where.”
