Brio Tuscan Grille Reviews
I was so disappointed in the service tonight. Took over 10 minutes for someone to come and greet us. When they did we let them know we had to be out by a certain time (just stopped in for drinks). They said wouldn’t be a problem. No drinks ever arrived and when I asked the server about it she said “I’m 7 months pregnant.” & I’m like “oooooh Kay send a manager.” She ignored me. A manager eventually came. Then, as I was leaving bad waitress said, obnoxiously “have...read full review
One of the worst meals we ever have had at a Brio/Bravo.. service was horrible and food was bad. My Chicken Milanese was dry and when I asked for more sauce they carged us $3.00 for a few spoonfuls of microwaved sauce. My husbands pasta looked like it was never drained and was watered down. Had to wait for a LONG time to get any drink refills or anything else.. we will never be back. They really acted like they didn't want to be in business. We will gladly drive down to Canton...read full review

Brio Italian Grille is a restaurant that offers a variety of Italian dishes. The lobster bisque soup has been noted to be delicious, and the lasagna received positive feedback from customers. However, some dishes like the pork chop dinner and chicken have been described as slightly overcooked, and there have been reports of the pasta noodles being undercooked at times. The service at the restaurant has been described as okay, but there are concerns about long wait times and understaffing, especially during lunch and dinner hours. Customers have mentioned that wait times can be quite long, with some waiting over 45 minutes for their meals, and service can sometimes be inattentive. The restaurant can be a decent place to dine, but there is room for improvement in food preparation and service. Prices have increased recently, making it less affordable for some guests, and service issues during busy times have been noted, such as delays in getting bread and slow check delivery. Despite these issues, customers have enjoyed items like the wedge salad and tiramisu, and appreciated the large pasta portions.
