“First time visiting Qdoba and I must say I was impressed. The staff at this location were friendly, upbeat, and professional. Shout out to Frank, the manager. When he heard this was my first visit, he came out and introduced himself and told me all about the Rewards program. He encouraged me to download the app and sign up. Ne'Vaeh Zhayshon is simply adorable. She laughed at my corny jokes and suggested I try the Queso, which I absolutely love! It was such a great vibe interacting with these two individuals. I will definitely come back to this location.“

“The food is excellent! I specifically recommend the Guacamole Loreto w/roasted corn as an appetizer, and Carnitas La Rumorosa as an entree. That entree is easily enough for two meals, maybe three. And this drink! El Verde: Basil puree, freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, sea salt, and Silver Mezcal. Also worth mentioning, they gladly made a plain/simple "just cheese" quesadilla, and they were overall kind about my kid being... a kid.“

“Beautifully elevated Mexican cuisine restaurant! I was warmly greeted by the hostess who set me up with a cute and cozy table. She and my waitress both were very polite and attentive during my visit. But I must say….the food was a work of art! Stunning and delicious. Probably one of the best presentations of carnitas I’ve seen in Ohio. Actually with the best depth of flavor and the au jus it came in kicked it up a notch!! I also had the chicken fajita tacos which were very tasty, both with homemade tortillas. Lastly had some moscato for a desserty type drink! Very nice experience!“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“

The serving size is perfect 👌🏼 and reheats well in the oven even 2 days later. Their guacamole is fresh and worth the $6 and change with whatever you order as your main. “Had a great experience at Qdoba on Som Center Road! The food was fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and quick, even though it was fairly busy when I stopped in. Portions were generous for the price, and everything tasted like it had been made recently rather than sitting around. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which always makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area — highly recommend if you’re craving a solid, casual Mexican meal.“

“The food was hot and tasty. My husband tried to place another order to go, he stood at the counter trying to order, but no one came over. They seemed pretty busy with the drive-thru so we left. They expect you to order in store online. That is not good for us because we are not used to using those kinds of machines.“

“I just want to give Qdoba a shoutout because I had a really good experience! I ordered through DoorDash, but DoorDash didn’t give me the option to add something I wanted, so I called the Qdoba to see if they could do it for me. I talked to Chris, the general manager, and he was literally so nice and helpful. He added it to my order with no questions asked and was very polite the whole time. I really appreciated that because he definitely didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did!

Then when I went to pick up my order yesterday, the girl working was also super nice. She asked us how we were doing and was just really friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was honestly great.

Definitely wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves to be recognized! And shoutout to Chris because he was amazing! ❤“
