“Went to dinner with my mom. She had always heard good things about the place so we decided to give it a try. Food was really good and we loved the menu options, but the place seemed to be short staffed. The employees seemed to be overwhelmed. Which is not their fault. Very great place to eat. Will be back again.“

“This is a gem a gem in Chagrin Falls ! I stopped in was working in the area ,and ordered the deluxe ,and it was delicious. Not stingy on the toppings ,or the sauce . Reasonably priced there not trying to charge you 23 dollars for a dam medium like some places 16 dollars perfect price . Super friendly staff ,gentlemen told me the go to menu items . “On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“Food was mostly good but our server sat at the bar on a laptop most of the time. I had to go up to her and ask for drinks after waiting for refills. The amazing hostess Brenda brought our food out for us and made sure we got everything we needed. Let me say Brenda needs a raise and is the absolute most sweetest woman I have ever met! She was working as hostess, takeout, and bringing food out all while we watched multiple servers sit in the corner of the bar. I truly hope you know what a gem you have working at your place.“
