They literally steal your money. On three occasions I have made a mobile order. When I arrive to pick it up, they claim they are out of chicken. I’m not even given the option to wait, they are just out. Then they claim they cannot do refunds and they will cancel the order. They never cancel the order and I do not get a refund. Spent over 40 min in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. Finally got my order and proceeded home ( should have checked the bag while I was there) and found I received the wrong side rice not fries, and no biscuits with my 8 piece order. I was 12 miles from the restaurant so going back was inconvenient, but that was the managers solution. I asked for a simple 5:00 credit to my card for the problem and was told, " above my pay grade" and was hung up on.

I don't think I've ever been to a fast food place with the rudest people. 2 hours before closing and waited 10 minutes for the lady to come back on after saying you're going to have to wait. (very rude) The last comes back on and we ask if we can have all white meat? the lady tells us I GUESS we might have some. what's wrong with people and customer service these days? I can't believe how people act.
