“Chuy's is my favorite restaurant chain; I moved hundreds of miles away from their footprint, so now I make a point of stopping at one whenever I'm back visiting friends or family. As far as this location is concerned, the food was excellent (as expected), the service was great, and the table spacing was nice, too. The music could've been a bit quieter, but whatever. I recommend the chicken fajitas, and be sure to get all the creamy jalapeño sauce you can take.“
“This is our favorite place. The food is awesome. The gnocchi is incredible. Sam is a great waiter. Wednesday wine night is perfect. Oh yeah forget your diet tonight. Get the bread then the donuts for dessert. Yeah donuts. You can trust me. I'm not like the others.“
“This place is exceptional! The drinks boast the ideal strength, and every menu item is a guaranteed win. The chicken is not merely an afterthought; it’s intricately cooked within the dish, offering a flawless texture and flavor. From mild to the spiciest, the dishes maintain their delicious taste. The vindaloo is truly extraordinary. My only lament is not being able to devour more!“
“Pretty good food. Fennel spice used in lasagna, which is a personal taste, and lasagna is fairly spicy. Pork dish is mostly dry and tough with mashed potatoes being slightly above average. Bread is fresh and very tasty with hints of yeast. Overall, our party preferred Carrabba's.“
“Coaches corner is the best place. It's so much fun & the food is delicious!! The service is EXCELLENT!! You won't find a better local hangout! Casey behind the bar is a real treasure, she makes you want to come back everyday! Truly there is nothing better, it's Newport finest hidden gem if you haven't been before!“
“When this first opened, I came here and the music was too loud and the women barristas weren't very friendly. But now I've started coming here as often as possible! I really like Katie, the barrista and the fact that it is not crowded at all in the early afternoon so I can sit and work. Music is now great. And they just started carrying my favorite cheese, Kerry Gold. I wish there wasn't a fan intermittently blowing cold air down on me, but I can live with that. The coffee (Urbana) is great. This is just down the street from where I live. Win, win! (oh and the green St Pat cookies are way good.“
“Gordos in the hole in the wall burger spot that you didn't know you needed. With thick, unique, and tasty burgers. Thick cut fries come standard. There are so many great burger combos to try, but you need to try either the GFat or the simple PBJ. Across their menu you'll find other sneaky good options like the tacos or the pear salad, but the burgers are the core of why you seek out Gordos. Service can be a little slow, especially when it gets busy, but you can often find this place to be fairly open unless it's a Xavier game day. Helpful to know: Park to the left side of the building in the odd looking lot. The right side of the building parking is owned by a different building/business. On nice days, see if you can sit in the back patio. It's a little oasis from the noisy of Norwoods main drag.“
“The food here is great – I've liked everything so far. But the lunch portions are pretty small. Typical American lunch sizes are bigger, so if you're really hungry or a larger person, you might need 2-3 of these lunch servings. The menu photos are spot on – think kid-sized quesadillas and single small tortillas. Personally, I'd be happy to pay a bit more for larger portions. If you're really hungry, consider the dinner menu even at lunch. Still, I'll keep coming back for the taste!Parking: Location only has roughly 10-15 spots shared among a number of businesses.“
“A neighborhood gem! Loved the place! Good selection of beers, wine and hard liquor. Check kitchen hours, if you are planning to eat. Great bar food! Family friendly. A kid’s area with toys and things for them to do. Check their website for events.“
“You can't beat their prices. All the food is delicious. Can you get a lot. Bartender super attentiveParking: I would highly recommend it, the beers are tall and cold. Friendly staff. The food is plentiful, priced very reasonably. And a lot of it. Excellent place to visit. And the people that go there are very friendly“
“Small family friendly bar. "Cheers" type atmosphere. Had days special..double cheeseburger and fries. Delicious and filling.Parking: Located close to an available public lot. This lot is where a business used to be and other surrounding business share the spaces. So I believe that although not specifically for public parking it is tolerated. Street parking..although limited is available also.“
“Stopped here before going on a walk, and it was a very comfy place. I got the avocado toast and pancakes with the cinnamon butter and oh my god did the pancakes hit the spot. Looked like there were lots of regular costumers which is always a good sign for me.“
“This was a great experience. I didn't have a brew that I didn't like at this place. I'm a stout guy and there was a healthy selection of those. There are a lot of places that go all-in on ipas, but this place has something for everyone. The staff is friendly and my glass was never empty for longer than it took me to decide my next beer. Would definitely come back when im in the area“
“It had been awhile since I have been here and I'm not sure why??The atmosphere is great. Very comfortable. The food is fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful. I want to try everything on the menu, but if I went back tomorrow I would order the same thing I ordered last night, the shrimp etoufee. It was delicious! Our waitress was spot on. She described the menu perfectly and offered great suggestions. Service was great! The service made the night. Her name was Danielle or Dana(I was not paying clise attention when she first came up).I'll be back soon! Great place!“
“First time experiencing dinner there and we will definitely be going back! We were welcomed by Dara who was all smiles and waited on by Sierra. She was very pleasant and attentive! Food was perfectly prepared and the atmosphere was so nice especially because we sat by the fireplace. We all ordered the prime rib which was so good and we look forward to trying more of their menu!“
“The Lytle Hotel was exceptional in every way! Our weekend stay included a wedding celebration, so we were privy to more than just room accommodations. The entire staff were incredibly personable and professional, and their attention to detail was always at the forefront of service. From the parking valet service, to room service, to bar service, we could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Lytle. It’s the little things like great water pressure and temperature in the shower, incredibly soft towels and robes, and billowy-soft pillows that really made The Lytle a favorite! The food was delicious, the atmosphere and ambiance were second to none, and the friendliness of the staff made The Lytle Hotel one of our all-time favorite stays. We will definitely return when we are in Cincinnati!“
“This was one of the most interesting bars I’ve been to. It almost gave me like an oldies speakeasy vibe. They had a fireplace both inside and outside and the place felt very intimate and cozy. One of the workers pulled out the chair for me and also helped me get my coat on which felt very high in. Our waitress was very nice and made sure to come back quite a few times to check on us (I don’t personally like when waiters do this, as it makes me feel rushed, but I still wouldn’t change my rating). The live music was cool and they have speakers outside so you could hear if you sit out there. They don’t have prices on the menu which sort of stinks. I thought it would be very expensive because the prices were not shown but my drink (Milky Way) was only $9 ( I wish they would put the prices on the menu. My friend mentioned she would have gotten another if she knew it wasn’t too expensive). Wonderful atmosphere. My drink was also amazing; it was amaretto with hot coco.“
“It's been more than 4 years since I've been here. I wasn't impressed back then, which is why I hadn't returned until now. NOW, it is a fantastic place to chill. I loved our pizza. The staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. I'll be back soon. Thanks for the fantastic transformation. Somebody knows what they are doing. It reminds me of the Mount Adams Bar and Grill without lots of collectibles on the walls. (Hint, I like collectibles...imagine Newtown's history.)Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was fantastic.Parking: Lots of parking in the back!“
“Come enjoy an evening with the largest selection of bourbon in the world, learning about bourbon history with most knowledgeable customers on the planet in a warm & welcoming atmosphere. You soon become a friend when you arrive and leave a good friend for life ❤️?“
“Great atmosphere and music. This place is the perfect hole in the wall experience for excellent music. A+Parking: I took a Lyft and there was no issue at all. Driver was familiar with venue. Plenty of parking on Saturday night.Kid-friendliness: Bar tenders are very professional and very fast. I was impressed with the speed and quality of service despite it being busy.“
“Great little bar, a true hidden gem ..hiding in plain sight lol ...very spacious, clean and lots of variety to drink ...have two pool tables ,golden tee and most importantly a vintage bowling lane game ...much more room on the back porch ...will definitely be again“
“Had an incredible time at The Jester Bar & Cigar Patio in Cincinnati! The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for celebrating the black Greek community. Lee, the bartender, mixed up the most delightful drinks, and Damon Jones, the manager, ensured everything ran seamlessly. The fusion of a vibrant ambiance, top-notch service, and a fantastic cigar selection made for an unforgettable evening. Whether you're looking for a relaxed hangout or a place to commemorate special occasions, The Jester Bar & Cigar Patio is a must-visit. Can't wait to return for more good times and great conversations!“
“The gluten free pizza was amazing! Our server was really nice and recommended some amazing things.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free pizza crust.Kid-friendliness: They provide a kid's menu and crayons, and have a fun atmosphere that kids enjoy.“
“Hidden gem in Newport, KY right across the river from downtown Cincinnati...excellent list of private single barrel Bourbons that pair great with their excellent selection of cigars. Easy going ambiance and great service. Kudos to Ms. Summer and Mr. Dallas.“
“This place was excellent. Brisket was on point along with the cowboy beans.Their white bbq sauce is where it’s at with the brisket.Also. Shout out to service. First time here and they were invested in making sure it was a good experience.Nobody is going to leave here disappointed.“
“The look of the eating area was very nice. It was very loud though. We got food from 3 different places and prices were not to where we could do this regularly. It's not that prices per meal were too high but we had to purchase 3 different meals to get enough food for 2 people. Service was good at each place and I liked the text system when the order was ready.“
“The Pilot has been my local spot for years, It’s truly like an episode of Cheers! The staff, the owner and the regulars make you feel welcome! The Pilot Inn will always have a special place in my heart.Parking: Parking is never an issue. The pilot inn has their own parking lot and there is also plenty of parking next door at rookwood commons.“
“This place was very good. One of my favorite things was that for the kids they had a paper table cover they could draw on with crayons. The staff was very friendly and our server was very attentive. We got a cheese deep dish, a sausage deep dish, some pepperoni French bread pizza for my son and lasagna with garlic bread for my daughters friend. All of it was very good but the sausage deep dish was out of this world. We spent about $75 plus tip on it. The price is the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars but it is worth it to go here every now and then. I'll definitely be back.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They have crayons and paper table cloth the kids can draw on.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible“
“This is a great spot to have drinks and watch a game, as well as it looks like a good coffee house. Recently visited with my wife on one occasion to watch the FC game and with a friend on another. Both times service was great and on one of the nights they had live music. They serve a variety of local craft beers. Good looking outdoor patio in addition to retractable windows. Hard to find the FC games on tv anymore so this is a big plus and they have happy hour pricing which is another plus. Will be going back“
“This is such a fun and immersive place to hang out. Our bartender treated us like old friends and made some solid suggestions from the cocktail menu. Our spritzer flight was unique and amazing and the vibe really made us feel part of a 1970s ski lodge. Thanks Overlook!“
“Not only was there a fabulous selection of bourbon, but the Newberrys were so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I learned more about the history of bourbon in my few hours at this establishment than I have in all the tours and tastings I've done. We will definitely be coming back!“
“A great warm inviting speakeasy lounge industrial hybrid of a bar right above Goodfellas pizza shop. Grab a slice of pizza and a giant breadstick from below and head upstairs where they have incredible craft cocktails for reasonable prices in a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere with seating anywhere from couches to a classy bar to regular tables that can be pushed together to accommodate larger groups and an outdoor space! The bartenders are always extremely kind, knowledgeable, and great at crafting serious drinks of any sort. We love coming here for low key quality drinks and a quiet warm atmosphere with a touch of leather and wood and class to the air!“
“Cozy local spot. Feels almost like a cabin, with lots of wood paneling. From the decor you’ll note that Reds fans are more than welcome. If the flyers on the walls (and in the ladies restroom) are accurate, looks like they have live music every evening of the week (!) Note: I came in the daytime, so wasn’t able to benefit from that- maybe next time.Service was friendly. My overall take: Worth checking out. Not fancy and not a chain/franchise - pure local flavor, in the best way.“
“As a disabled person who uses a rollator, this venue is pretty accessible to me. The entrance is flat. There's a ramp to get to the sanctuary (it is a little steep, though, it might be hard to push someone up it). from what I remember, the bathroom was technically an ADA bathroom. In reality, with all the people crowding in there, it would be difficult to get a rollator or wheelchair in there. (I didn't take my rollator to the bathroom with me because the concert was so crowded and definitely regretted it because the wait was so long),There's no disabled parking on the street near the entrance, so my friends usually drop me off at the entrance and then find parking.I also like the look of the venue and how you can tell it used to be a church and has stained glass windows.I don't drink alcohol and appreciate the multiple soda water options“
“Review wrote by my 12 year old son "We thought it was a run of the mill restaurant then we got the food at it was the best food the bathrooms are great and the waiting area benches have real truck backs 5 stars recommend if you come to Cincinnati"“
“Place was empty and we sat in the deck in the back. I had a Blue Moon draft with two samosas that were delicious. My friend had the veggie burger and said it was very good as well. Samosas and beer $12. Food comes out of a trailer in the parking lot and in take-out containers. Still, a perfect light snack to have with your drink. Great deal, good place to hang out with friends. I recommend.“
“My Mr and I had some time to kill and wanted to grab a drink before the show (at the MegaCorp). We walked by Wooden Cask and with no hesitation, went in. So..it's been YEARS since we've been to the Levee and they definitely revamped this area. More stores, restaurants and libations! They too partake in the Banks atmosphere. Walk around the area with your drinks. This place is very small but has so much to offer. I've been to their original brewery (loved it), I was impressed that they've up their game. Now their serve their craft beers on tap, wine, mock tails, seltzers, bourbon, and food. Their food menu is very small. Flatbreads, wings and sandwiches. We didn't have time to try but I know we will be back. Overall a great experience. The bartenders were cool and pricing was definitely reasonable.“
“Excellent German food and beer, brewed in house with the authentic German recipes. The atmosphere is straight out of Munich, down to the shared table space and huge outdoor biergarten. Whole the German food is excellent, the cheeseburger for kids is made of steak quality beef, it's amazing! Komm bitte!Kid-friendliness: Reasonably kid friendly, has a good kids menu, the cheeseburger is made from the best beef I've had in a restaurant, and the pretzels are always a hit“
“Top tip - if you want a casual beer or cocktail, or indeed great glass of wine - head to Jerrys. The girls behind the bar that day were great !! very friendly and we had a great chat, although I understand they were only temporary. The place is awesome but small. expect a bit of nudging in busier times at the bar. the beer was cold. the cocktails were great (if a bit sugary) and they had a great organic/natural wine list. we had the arepas (3) 2 beef one chicken - and we left the topping selection to the lady who was cooking them (from scratch) they were great. Add to this great decor - kinda mid century modern, and you have great little bar !!“
“THE Xavier bar. Whether it's a casual beer, wanting to go somewhere for a sports game, or a nice afternoon to eat and drink on the large deck, this dive is tried and true for generations. If you're part of the Xavier community, you know this place well. If you're not, you should wander off Wasson way in a sunny afternoon and enjoy a drink out on the two tiered deck. Helpful to know: Try the Hershel Special.“
“Neat bar and watering hole. This fun average size tavern serves beer and booze and has lots of cool colorful murals on the outside! Miamiville does an excellent and prized job of representing its own town and area. Newcomers, tourists as well as locals and townie hang-around a from the greater area are friendly and welcomed. They serve small bites and apps and burgers. For me it was a one-time stop in and check out the town kind of place. Modern digs. Review: 5“
“I visited Mic's Pub 3: The Last Stand this past Friday night. The service was great. The ambiance is exactly what I was looking for. The bartender brought fresh popcorn to our table, for free may I add. They offered a nice selection of bar food. Fresh soft pretzels with cheese, hot dogs, chips, etc.. The bartender was very quick to serve drinks to my large group when we approached the bar. The prices and selection are the best in the area. No matter where you were sitting you had a view of multiple flatscreen television that had the games on. The bar also had golden tee, multiple electronic dart boards and keno. I will definitely be adding Mics to my rotation of hometown bars to visit on a night out!“
“I feel bad as I don't remember the specific name but it was a super tasty old fashioned. I stopped in with my BFF after ordering a sandwich at another location at Factory 52. I have been here before and got a yummy coffee. If in the area I would be happy to come here.“
“pop in on a spontaneous visit after a concert ( at the worst named venue in history) after searching places open wind down before heading back across the water.. and damn was pleasantly surprised by this place! a true dive bar, just the way I like it... the bartender was amazing and welcoming to our first time in, the beer selection is nice and the bottle selection is great too!“
“The beer selection here and the hipster dive bar vibe is very fun. I had this Lychee beer there and tbh if not for the draw of my friends to the ramen place nearby I'd probably have stayed until there was no more lychee beer to drink. Worth a visit, and I guarantee you'll find something on the menu that will make you want to order another... or three.“
“Great place in Ft Thomas to come on for a beer and a game on the TV. Just a great local tavern feel. Street parking 2 hr limited but I say screw it... you're enforcing the local businesses. Have a drink, strike up some conversation on Reds, Bengals.... Heck anything and get into the local vibe.“
“Waitress was super nice and helpful when making recommendations. We got the K-pop and the trailer park hots dogs which were both delicious! The poutine was just as good as I remembered 6 years ago. We didn’t get the mussels but they looked really good, we will try next time! Great beer selection too!“
“This is really a nice neighborhood bar. Good crowd, fair bar prices, and a superb outdoor area. However, let’s be honest. The music is often played at an ear piercing volume; to the point where one has to shout in order to maintain a conversation.“
“Monks is a popular neighborhood bar with a linear setup for the bar area with seating being a premium. Usually they have fresh and free popcorn available . Service has always been good with usually youngish bartenders that are friendly. Drink prices are the cheapest in town. On weekends will play music louder to create a fun atmosphereParking: Mt Adams is a challenge to find parking when visiting establishments. A parking garage does exist nearby for use.“
“My girlfriend and I look forward to going here every weekend. I was cautious about leaving a review because I didn’t want anyone to know how great this place was. It should be packed more often. Great beers, amazing food, and awesome people.“
