“To the crew running this Arby’s at 2 pm, thank you. I went through the drive thru and when I was putting my wallet back into my pocket I spilled my shake everywhere, and then had a full meltdown in the car, and then I went inside because I *really* wanted a milkshake and I was extra sad because I spilled it everywhere, and I told the crew what happened and they gave me a milkshake no charge. I love the Arby’s peoples, and I appreciate you guys for dealing with my autistic ass

“I absolutely love this Arby's on Park Ave. They go up and beyond to ensure fresh food. Now the Hanley Rd. Arby's needs sensitivity training ?. They don't care what the product looks like nor do they care to fix it. I guess they figured since the store is off the highway no one would tell on them. I will never go back to Hanley Rd Arby's EVER AGAIN!!!“
