We had to clean a table not really busy but 5 or 6 people working. You order on the screen which I hate. Then they ask you to tip when you have to clean your own table and serve yourself. Not real thrilled.
Just went through the drive thru and ordered meals for 5 people. The turn around time was AMAZING!!! My order was accurate and the time that it took for good food and HOT fries was quick. Great job Fishers and staff!
The food is always fresh delicious.The customer service goes above and beyond! The crew at this location is amazing:)

Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant that serves great burgers, milkshakes, and fries at a good price. The steak burgers are delicious, and the milk shakes are rated 10/10. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. While there may be some issues with drink machines, such as the milkshake machine being out or the drink machines not working, the staff often go out of their way to assist customers, listening carefully to requests and providing excellent service. The dining area can sometimes be very cold, especially under the AC unit, which made some guests shiver. There is no table service anymore, but the helpful staff behind the counter makes up for it. Overall, Steak 'n Shake remains a reliable option for quick and satisfying meals, with tasty food and friendly service.
