Taco Bell in Mansfield

“WOW!!! I will have to start driving here if I want Taco Bell. The blonde guy in the drive thru was SO NICE!! So polite and genuine! They made all my food FRESH. And at the quantities they were supposed to be in!! Thank you so much, you guys make a wonderful team & I could tell that when I was doordashing the other day & came here. They all worked so well together & the nice lady with the braids even carried the order to my car for me!!! These people may be young but they give quality service and go above and beyond. You guys deserve a raise!!! I would post pictures but I smashed the food already soooo

“We drove across Ohio and traffic made us change route. The teens wanted Taco Bell so we chose this because it was on our route.
I must say, I’ve had many Taco Bell’s in many states! This one was noticeably delicious! All the flavors popped! The inside was super clean and didn’t have that yuck fast food smell. It was cold but that just made us eat in the warm car.
The lady was super understanding when we changed our order from dining in to take out.

“I've been door dashing Mansfield for a month heavily and this is the spot I'm hoping for every time. They're always seems to be a solid vibe in there, and whoever is in charge has everybody on the same page so well that I'm still not sure who's in charge. I do know I'll walk out of there with exactly what i came for, on time every time. Every crew member manning this location, thank you for the killer service. Every last person deserves a bump in pay, and a good one.“

“I've never had any issues with this taco bell. They're pretty quick for being busy all the time. Doordash does take a while of waiting. Note: after close observation, I found that there may be a bit of cross contamination within the cook. I observed that the cook went from the kitchen area to the dining room or whatever you call it and outside all while wearing white gloves for food handling and went back to the kitchen after having a break for a little bit and proceeded to use the same gloves to prep and make food once more. Otherwise I think this is a great place, but that issue needs to be addressed quickly.“
