“This is ridiculous. After waiting 25 minutes for a drive through order that included steak items...I was finally told that the restaurant was out of steak. I don't have high expectations for fast food but I didn't plan spending nearly 30 minutes of my work break waiting for food...it's not very busy so I was confused The attendant was polite.“
“We had a little mix-up with my food. It's okay, that's just life. But the way they handled it truly earns my respect. Everyone was as polite and smiled. Not one but two different people made sure I was helped. The food was wonderful and I appreciate all of it. As someone with almost 10 years of management experience now and four and a half of those being in fast food. They really stood out.“
