Taco Bell in Lancaster

“Ordered the chicken catina the chicken was hard and looked like it was the bottom of the pan bunch of small peices.too much lettuce and purple cabbage black beans were just a glob in the dish I would rather they offer me something else than serve me the chicken they had it was nasty and gave the rest of the rice and tomatoes a burnt taste“

“Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. I could eat Taco Bell every day and never get sick of it. It is consistently good at every store. However the reason for my review is to dote on an employee by the name of Eric. From the minute my husband and I walked in the door, his customer service skills are incredible. He is an absolutely amazing host. He checked on us throughout our meal and thanked us for coming. I work in a customer service based industry as well and this just completely blew my mind. In a world where everybody is so quick to get you in and out, the time he took greeting each and every person is fantastic and really caring about the customers coming in how their day was going. Eric, I hope you see this and know how much you brightened our day.“
