Taco Bell in Chillicothe

“Yes this location tends to be out of stuff ALOT but if you’ve ever eaten here you’d understand why. This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The food is AMAZING and judging by the line that’s always wrapped around the building others feel the same. Shoutout to the third shift crew for making it an awesome experience every time.“

“Today, they got my order mixed up with someone else in the drive thru. I realized as I was pulling onto the highway. I turn around and went inside to let them know. I was going to just eat what was given to me, but it was truly stuff I didn’t like. Either way, they were super nice and fixed the mistake immediately. There were tons of people who seemed to be a bit impatient. I totally get it! It’s fast food and I understand you want your food fast, it’s called fast food for a reason. However, I just wanted to leave a review because they truly seemed really low staffed and had a line wrapped around the building. They have multiple “Now Hiring” signs around the entire place. And although they made a mistake, the customer service was still phenomenal and I felt they need some recognition. This is my favorite Taco Bell for a reason!“

“I'm not sure what the low reviews are on about. I came through at almost 1pm for a mobile order box, and it ended up being the best taco bell I've ever had, hands down. I got extra beef since Taco Bell notoriously under-delivers on portion sizes. I was out of the drivethru within a couple minutes, and have no complaints about the restaurant. My soda was lacking a bit of syrup, but I can excuse that based on how good the food was. You really wouldn't expect it, with the dated (albeit welcomed) exterior, but this is definitely the best taco bell in Chilli. Will be a returning customer.

P.S. I do actually love the classic 2000s taco bell look of the restaurant, but I do understand it probably turns others off. Give it a try!“
