“The team had a slight delay in giving the food, trying to service as many customers as possible. They asked us to pull around and not only brought out hot food, but was apologetic and provided a bonus drink for the extended wait. This is good service.“
“Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. It’s a Taco Bell. I’m a regular here (I’m talking multiple times a week) and I’ve never had any real issues. The staff are friendly and always do their best. It seems like some people expect this to be the Ritz Carlton. Read the room 😂“
