Everything is a 0 ! The food is never ready, the workers are always looking clueless & taking their time when the line is wrapped around the store. Very likely the worst location I’ve been too. & I know y’all see our reviews & still don’t do anything about it.
Apparently this new location is going to be as mismanaged as the Solon location. Multiple ingredients absent every time I’ve come. This last visit, something like six customers walked out upon seeing that the store did not have the menu items they wanted. Do better.

Went there for a bowl the food was good. There was at least ten employee today (it a bit much). For some reason no one saw that a woman had her dog in her hand in line. It is extremely disrespectful, disgusting and unsanitary. Someone should have noticed her. Even if the pace was bustling someone should be aware of the situations and surroundings.
