“Came through here in the middle of an 8 hour long drive and was pleasantly surprised. The staff are very personable and friendly; they helped me sort through all the changes in the subway menu (I hadn't been to a subway in _years_) to figure out what I wanted. And it was good food! I usually have some doubts about restaurants inside of gas stations but this one was great.“

“Omg...I will drive an hour just to eat a deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I was driving back home from Columbus. I was hungry and tired. I pulled over to this pilot truck stop. I parked and rested. I saw Arby's attached to the gas station and they had a drive-thru. I got in line and noticed they had a fish sandwich. I had a fish sandwich from the Akron location in Walhaven. It was OK. I bought the deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. The lady said it will be a few minutes because they had to cook the fish. I said ok. When I got that sandwich and opened the wrapper to eat it, I was literally in heaven. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious 😋. The fish filet was a nice size. It was bigger than the regular fish sandwich. The sandwich had a signature tartar sauce, fresh shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes and it was freshly made. I didn't get the cheese. When I was done I got back in line and ordered another deluxe fish sandwich. The second sandwich was made fresh too! That is my new sandwich. The lady at the window had excellent customer service seeing that it was 3am. I told my sister about it. I told her I will drive to Marengo, Ohio so she can try their deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I will be back.“

“The Taco Bell was fine. In terms of the gas station it's attached to, don't let the green handles on the pumps fool you into thinking it's a diesel pump. I've only encountered two gas stations in the country that use green handles (should mean a diesel pump) on regular gas pumps - this is one of them.“

“Was able to place my order with ease on the app. Drive thru moved very quickly, attendant was friendly, the whole experience was efficient and great. But when I opened my food, I was super happy. Specifications were correct, food looked like the advertisement, hot was hot and cold was cold. Called the restaurant to compliment and was told Cassidy prepared our food. Go Cassidy!“

“The food is fine, every drink I ever order from here is gross. They all taste watered down and over carbonated. Once I ordered a Sprite zero orange. Get to pay window they tell me they don't have that in orange.. ok whatever, so I say just give me a regular sprite zero. Pull to next window they hand me an orange soda. I asked what it was they told me Fanta(?) I asked if it was sugar free they said no... Make it make sense.“

“Accurate Arby’s no complaints. Normal line wait, with 6 cars in line it shows people like their Arby’s!

I went with the classic roast beef sandwich, premium chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce, and the famous curly fries!“

“To be fair, I can't comment on the food given the circumstance. But the service and consideration of the staff and management was excellent and appreciated.

I had placed an order on the mobile app for pick up, but when we arrived the restaurant had randomly lost power. They were unable to fill my order or provide a refund at that time, but thought it would automatically refund to my card. When it didn't, I made a phone call and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Even though it didn't involve a large amount, they went out of their way to mail me a gift card and a handwritten note. It was a nice personal touch and effort that I don't typically see at a fast food restaurant. I'll stop by again (hopefully with electricity and food) when I'm back in the area!“

“I am vegan and got a veggie wrap with smashed avocado. Subway food is known so I won't comment much but if you eat veggie, get it with smashed avocado and sweet onion sauce on all your veggies. Yum. The kid who was serving was very pleasant and loaded up my veggies. Very clean and newer looking inside.“

“I can eat a lot. When I got to the fries with my fish and chicken dinner, I was so full I had to leave half of them. What a huge portion. Came out piping hot and delicious. Sadly I probably won't be back as we just stopped for gas and food. What an excellent choice“

“I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s (like a lot, a lot… seriously) both across the US and internationally. This was one of the best I have visited. Nice, clean interior. Cool fancy couch. Good music in the bathrooms. And the best prep of my keto/carnivore burger ordering yet! Usually I just get bread and remove it myself, because of how often it gets messed up, but I had a good feeling about this place. Everything was hot and fresh, and delivered quickly and kindly! I saved it to my map in case I’m ever back in Ohio.

“It was very expensive for a pretzel. Nice service, but .... I hate it when you pay, and it asks for a tip.. while I understand the reasoning behind tips at sit down restaurants and delivering things to your house. I do not understand why they now think you should tip everywhere.“
