“They have excellent food. The chips and shells are particularly well done and the rice is fluffy and delicious. The only problem is that the salsa is subpar, quite bitter and not tasty. The salsa alone is what keeps this from being a monthly consideration to a quarterly option. Compared to their outstanding chips, the salsa is beyond a disappointment and more of an a disgrace. The entrees are well portioned and come out hot. Service is typical.“

They are all packed with flavor, but I especially recommend trying the salsa verde. I also applaud the service at the Qdoba. “I recently used there catered menu for work employees appreciation meal. To feed 35. Ordered on line, simple easy to use, had a couple questions, got answered easily. I choose to pick up and food was ready exactly when I requested it to be. It came with stands and little burners to keep hot, very easy and simple to use/setup. Come with everything you need, bowls, forks, serving spoons and tong’s, etc. And the food was very good, everyone enjoyed! I give two thumbs up!“

“This place always seems busy when we drive by, so we decided to try it on a Saturday. The portion sizes are large, I had enough to take leftovers home. We were sat immediately. We ordered my husband's food came out rather quick, but mine took longer, I ordered the polo loco without sour cream, my husband was almost finished with his before mine was brought. Overall it was good food just wished they had brought both entrée out at same time so we could enjoy our meal together“

“Always enjoy dinning at "I Don't Care", especially during Lenten Fridays. Coleman's fish is always good. Haven't been disappointed by regular menu either. Good bar service, frosted glasses.
