“My husband and I live several hours away in Ohio but we come back every October to Marietta to visit family. It’s always around our wedding anniversary. We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Thanks to the staff at The Galley…we will return next year to celebrate our 7th anniversary! ❤️❤️“

“I came across this place on Google Maps and decided to take a drive to check it out. I am amazed. Great selection of wines and other beverages. I’m had a wine slushie, short rib nachos and key lime cake to finish off my meal. Alexis was a great server during my visit. Her smile brightened the room. I will b back.“

“Stopped here for lunch on a motorcycle ride heading to hocking hills. The location was great. Right on the river - great views. Had brisket and wings & couple beers. The wings would have been better had they been cooked longer or a bit crisper. The brisket was good. The service was great!! 😊“

“As someone who is very critical of food, in my multitude of trips here, I have not had a dish disappoint. Today in particular we have ordered crab rangoon, beef lo mein, wonton soup, multiple sizeable portions of rice, chicken curry, orange chicken, and fortune cookies. Even WITH a tip I gave them 70 dollars and they gave us both a soda and thanked us.

In terms of portioning, there's no complaints, the portions were enough for 2 people to share nearly every dish with a good portion for both people. Not to mention they gave us extra fortune cookies.

Everything was well-seasoned and you can tell the effort put into the cooking. The meat was cooked properly, the noodles were the right consistency, and everything tasted delicious. Not only that, but they had everything ready within 15 minutes of us ordering.

While the interior no longer is a dine-in experience, they still have chairs in the front of the establishment so that if you would like to, you can sit while you wait on your food. All-in-all, we have always had a good experience with China Wind and I'd highly recommend it to everyone.“

“Very pleasant experience, upon arriving was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant. Very nice woman took my order and I paid. Returned to my vehicle to restart it and turn the heat on and before it got warm there was a nice young lady at my door with my order.
