“Today my mom, my sister, and I went to Outback in memory of my dad. Today was his birthday and we lost him a little over a year ago. We ordered a beer for him and had his picture on the table. Our waitress was an absolute gem and the manager came over to express her sympathy to us and give us a smile. When we went to pay we were told our meal was on the house. We’ve always loved Outback and this extremely kind act is a reason why.“

We have been coming to The Galley to celebrate for the past six years as a tradition and each visit is amazing. Our supper on Friday 10/25 was no exception. Everything from the appetizers and drinks to the entrees and desert was scrumptious and our server Dustin was excellent. He truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. “I love everything about this place. It starts with the lovely building with the beautiful front door. Inside the ambiance is lovely, lovely furniture and decorations. Mexican music is playing at just the right sound level. The staff are always friendly and the prices more than fair. Everything is always so clean even the bathrooms. The food is plentiful and delicious every time. My test for a Mexican restaurant is usually Carnitas. Most places make them dry. Every time I have ordered them here they have been delicious moist and juicy!! Absolutely our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.“

“Literally the best experience I’ve had at ANY Texas Roadhouse. The food was PHENOMENAL. Their steak marinade for the steak kabobs will definitely be hard to top. Whoever’s working in the kitchen knows what they’re doing. Additionally, our waitress was AMAZING. She was confident, quick, made sure we had everything we need. It was like she knew what we needed before we did. The whole experience was wonderful. The peanuts, the rolls, the food itself, the waitress, the atmosphere. We had an awesome time.“

I got Smokehouse Burger both nights and husband said the wings are some of the best he’s ever had. Heather was our server both nights and was pleasant and helpful. “I just moved to the area and was looking where to find Chinese food and I was directed here and my God am I thrilled I found them. I ordered take out, 5 different entrées, all of them delicious and packed to the brim. Some places don't fill the take out boxes, these guys PACK it in! I was able to feed 2 grown men, a picky 2 year old (who loved the food!) and myself with plenty of left overs for a very reasonable price. The lady even threw in a rice I said I didn't need, which I thought was thoughtful. I've definitely found my go to Chinese food restaurant!“

“As someone who is very critical of food, in my multitude of trips here, I have not had a dish disappoint. Today in particular we have ordered crab rangoon, beef lo mein, wonton soup, multiple sizeable portions of rice, chicken curry, orange chicken, and fortune cookies. Even WITH a tip I gave them 70 dollars and they gave us both a soda and thanked us.

In terms of portioning, there's no complaints, the portions were enough for 2 people to share nearly every dish with a good portion for both people. Not to mention they gave us extra fortune cookies.

Everything was well-seasoned and you can tell the effort put into the cooking. The meat was cooked properly, the noodles were the right consistency, and everything tasted delicious. Not only that, but they had everything ready within 15 minutes of us ordering.

While the interior no longer is a dine-in experience, they still have chairs in the front of the establishment so that if you would like to, you can sit while you wait on your food. All-in-all, we have always had a good experience with China Wind and I'd highly recommend it to everyone.“
