Krispy Krunchy Chicken offers a variety of food options, including Cajun chicken sandwich, chicken strips, and chicken tenders. Customers appreciate the good taste of the food, especially the marinated chicken with a nice crunch and flavorful sides like mashed potatoes, potato wedges, and honey biscuits. The chicken strips are particularly recommended, with some diners impressed by the freshness and the option to get freshly cooked wedges. The boneless kiddy fingers are also popular for younger guests. However, there are some issues reported, such as soggy chicken that lacks crispiness and spice, and toppings like flavorless pickles. The buns can be hard and unappealing. Many reviews mention frequent problems with the restaurant's hours, which are often incorrect on Google, and the phone number usually not working, causing frustration for customers trying to visit. Additionally, sides are often unavailable, with the restaurant frequently out of stock even before closing time. Despite the food being good, these organizational issues and inconsistent service make some customers hesitant to return.
