Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. “I had the Texas sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It was delicious. Usually I don't like hard fried eggs Cas it's too hard. But Cory fried it perfect. Emily was out server and she was excellent. Promptly filling drinks and taking away dishes. Both were polite and professional. Definitely an asset to your team. Just the two of them were running the entire place.“
