“Quick and convenient stop on my way to work. Service is usually fast and the coffee is always fresh. The breakfast items come out hot and taste good. Sometimes there’s a short wait during the morning rush, but overall it’s a solid spot for a quick bite and drink.“

“My son and I had never been to Dunkin before (I know, where have we been lol) but this was the best customer service and breakfast we've had on our vacation. Outside of another car screeching like a maniac when we were waiting for our food (apparently this happens daily...people don't do this to them!) Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location and give so much credit and appreciation to the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.“

“As a donut connoisseur I must say Hurts is fabulous! We are occasionally back and forth from Columbus to cincinnati and often stop for a fix! Haven’t chosen a donut that is not super delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Shop is cute too with cool hanging swing like seats. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!“

“As my service dog, my emotional support dog and myself sat outside this establishment at 430am the smell was remarkable, the front entry is bright and clean, the product cases were clean and full. The extraordinary experience was the delivery man after his deliveries at 6am brought my dogs plain donuts topped with plain peanut butter each and a bottle of water. We are homeless due to my cancer, MS and TBI of patient attack and not from Middletown. We are waiting on a ride to Moraine as both of my vehicles see broken down. This place rejuvenated my soul and faith in humanity. May they have many years of continued success for acts of kindness and gifts of love to nobody's. Be blessed, Pastor Jess“

“Nice donut shop with one other location. Had 4 vegan cake donut options when we went. All have the vanilla cake donut as the base: plain vanilla cake donut, vanilla cake donut with chocolate frosting, vanilla cake donut with Oreo topping, vanilla cake donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Tasty donuts at a good price. Holtman’s vegan cake donuts kind of remind me of an Entenmann’s donut or at least how I remembered an Entenmann’s donut tasted. We'll be back for more!“
