Rude Rude Rude! Placed an order for curbside was told they would be out in 5 min 15 mins later was yelled at for ordering so much with drinks and was told they didn’t have the staffing for all this. Order was not marked and was not correct. Drinks weren’t labeled terrible experience will not return! I know this location is not Corporately owned that’s why we like to order from them. Sorry
No chicken nuggets but tarter sauce instead
Breakfast with my 91-year old mother this morning at this McDonald's (8300 Arbor Square Dr., Mason, OH). A Delivery tractor trailer blocked the complete line of handicap spaces. I told the lady at the counter. She said, "HE'S NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT!"
Waited for my order, sat, and ate, while not a step was taken to move the truck. NOT AN INCH!
When we were done, I went back to the counter to complain again, and that lady said, "The tall brunette? That's the owner!"
