I absolutely love a Subway wrap, and visited the State Route 741 Mason Ohio location several times a week. But no more after my experience yesterday. I placed my online order, picked it up and thanked the girl be hind the counter. When I arrived home I realized my cookie was missing. I called the restaurant. The girl answered and I explained that she forgot my cookie. The best solution would have been for her to take my name and tell me to ask for a free cookie on my next visit....read full review
I'm really sorry if I scared the young woman working in their tonight when I was very confused on my own behalf with not selecting chips properly in the app. You did great and my food was fantastic! Thank you!
Emma and Heather made my sister and my visit extra special because they not only have amazing service, but there food is fresh, clean and delicious. We are from the Eastern Shore of Virginia and travel to Ohio quite a bit for work. This is by far the BEST Subway on our list. They are located on Kingsmill rd in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Parking is free and plentiful, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with accessible doors, bathrooms, and tables suitable for wheelchairs. Overall, Subway is a highly recommended spot with great service and delicious food.
