“Our server was really amazing tonight, I wish I could remember her name. She was very attentive, she kept our glasses full the entire time. We ordered the limited time all-you-can-eat wings special. The chicken did take a very long time but our first batch was amazing. Perfectly cooked and perfect amount of sauce (pictured). Our orders after that took long to arrive and the wing sauce started to dwindle, and some of the wings were humorously small, but overall it was a really good bargain. Our server did everything she could to keep it a quick process for us.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for toddlers. The food does sometimes take a long time to come out so I recommend bringing a toy or additional snacks to keep your kid/s occupied until the food arrives.“

“The wife ordered from this location tonight and the original delivery of product was sub-par. After calling the shop, she was in touch with Josh. The asst. mgr. for the pizza shop. I listened to the interaction between Josh and my wife and I must say I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with his respect and professionalism during there conversation. He offered a substantial refund or a replacement. We opted for the replacement pizza and asked to order parmesan garlic bread bites and he added them at no charge (we were willing to pay for them.) The replacement pizza was perfect and hot! I have had MANY bad experiences with pizza places in Massillon (including this one) in the past. But Josh has made me a believer in this particular shop. He is exactly what is needed in a service/food store and Domino's should be thrilled to have him on their team. Now, he should be training all the others to act like him, or make him a manager! This guy was a breath of fresh air to speak to (I called back to ask his name.) Being in the retail mgmt position for over 30 years, this is the kind of employee I want on my team! Thanks Josh! You rock!“

“They were incredibly slammed tonight! BUT! The food was still delicious (even though I accidentally made it there about 25 min after my pizza was ready which is incredible to me) the workers were still very nice I actually felt bad for the workers because alot of the customers coming in to pick up their food seemed annoyed. Maybe it's because I've worked the field before but I think they did amazing!
For reference we got the GameDay special, LG pizza (specialty or 1-5topping) cheesy breadsticks and a 2lt for under $20! Plus a stuffed crust pep pizza DELICIOUS“

“everyone's comments are kinda biased. for what it's worth I eat here everyday by delivery and haven't ever had an issue. does it take a while sometimes yeah..but you gotta think. visually. do you see ALOT of staff on floor. not particularly. do you see alot of drivers. no. it's the same 2 or 3 maybe. whom i assume are busy doing their job. driving. ..in the winter. so I'd say.im fairly pleased with it. also. i spend so much money at this store everyday of my life. I feel as if you should now be willing to sell me a medium cup of pudding...that's my complaint. I can't buy pudding. lol“
