McDonald's in Massillon

“I believe this is a good McDonald's. There are noticeable discrepancies within all McDonald's on how you're served being a drive thru order vs. Ordering inside. They seem to care more about the inside orders. The people that get their orders made wrong are generally drive thru in my experience or someone who ordered at the counter and it feels as if SOME McDonald's employees are trained to get upset at you and have a serious attitude if you order at the front instead of using the kiosk.“

“I'm actually going to leave a good review. We frequent McDonald's in our town and had to visit family, so we stopped at this McDonald's. The workers were very friendly and the sandwiches were not all smooshed and looked like big Macs and the fries were hot. Thank you for providing good service.“

“I had 2 orders messed up at this location I then call and talked to David he is manager there he talked to me as I was a human being he help me the first time and my order still got messed up I called David back and explained what happened I met him the next day and he personally made my food and it for some reason was some of the best mcdonald's I have had big shout out to David and if your seeing this thank you very much for doing your job and going beyond it's people like you that can make someone's day so much better if anyone has a problem try to speak to David he will honestly try to fix and make what has happened alot better.“

“The workers here have been fairly nice to us. Unfortunately most of the time it takes longer than it should is because its understaffed and not because they are bad at their jobs. The order is wrong 20% of the time but they actually do their best to fix it. Again probably because extreme rushes and not enough staff on a shift. Wish they would bring soda machines back as to not bother the already busy staff for refills.“
