“A great American Diner experience. The setting is comfortable and service attentive as well as friendly. Solid breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, and dinner choices. I had the meatloaf, good portions, and paid an extra buck for the French Onion Soup topped with toasty cheese. A steak house couldn't do much better. Check the hours when you plan to go, they're variable depending on the day.“

They were so helpful and moved things around to make sure the food was done earlier than expected. From the consistency of the coffee and food items, to the welcoming interactions this is the best Dunkin in all of Northwest Ohio...period. I never questioned an order, never had to wait too long, even when they got a line out to conant street!! The morning crew here makes sure you are taken care off!! “Please Please get some control over the gas station. It is totally and completely pure chaos at times. Cars should not be able to come in from all angles. They should not be able to back in and be in opposite directions of the car that’s pumping gas. At times it’s a rat race and it’s frustrating. Learn from Costco. Their gas stations are like a well oiled machine. There’s one way in and out. No problems.“

“Part of the reason customers come to coffee shops is because we enjoy the ambiance that comes in coffee shops. Phoenix Coffee seemed to be lacking in ambiance that day I came. The music is too loud. But at least the baristas were incredibly friendly. Hell, they even recognized a regular and went out of their way to take away his finished cup of coffee.“
