Very bad food service and customer service
I’ve had countless items left off my orders from this location but I wanted to voice my frustration this time. Zero sense of urgency from the workers, incomplete orders place is a disaster.
they constantly get my door dash orders wrong. sometimes it takes 3 times just for them to get it right. just this morning, I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit, , an Orange juice, and a parfait with granola. I didn't receive the Orange juice at all. The parfait didnt have any granola. And my sausage egg and cheese biscuit with Colby cheese I guess somehow got translated into a chicken biscuit with American cheese . When did you guys stop caring about the customers?
