Customer service is horrible. Nobody answers the phone, they don't accept the coupons Subway mails to customers. You have to ask for simple stuff. "Can I have my coupon back". "Can you toast that for me"., etc. The employees could use some training, they are putting themselves out of a job. Sad, huge opportunity for improvement.
I tried to rotisserie chicken sub with monterey jack shredded cheddar, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce. It was fabulous... The chicken was moist and better than the grilled chicken. It was fabulous!
