I've been eating at this Marcos since it opened and was really impressed with her handling difficult situations with customers and doing right by them. The culture she built at this location is quite inspiring and she should be recognized in some way.“

“I stop here for pizza once a week because my son loves it. However, it seems to me that the place is barely staying in business - it looks to me like there's only one person working there in the late afternoons. As for the food, all I can say is that it's cheap.“

“I am shocked I've been getting pizza from this place for since they came to Chesterland and then they moved to an x Pizza Hut building good pizza friendly people BUT today I order online it's a pickup I go there to pick up the pizza person bring some pizza to the takeout window it's the wrong Pizza I said told him then he says well no your wife called and ordered the salad it says I don't have a wife I'm not married then he starts getting irate with me and he starts calling me names and he tells me that I was not to swear I didn't swear at all with this guy I thak that back once he started calling me names that's when I got irate took my money back took and I will never ever go back to bada bing in Chesterland again“

“We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The atmosphere is a little strange. You can still see the glue from where they tore up the carpet and there's these big weird curtains all over the place like your great aunt would have used to hide a part of a room. With no carpet and somewhat open floor plan the bar noise carries quite a bit.

I walked in and I wish for the life of me I would have got the man's name, however, there were 3 guys in the back talking and another man who looked like he might have been getting a delivery together. The man who was getting the delivery together looked over at the other guys and said hey you have a customer. They didn't budge, so he came over and got my name and asked if it was a pick up. He went over to look at the pizzas and called one of the other guys over. He said hey I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. The guy comes over like ok, what? she's good to go..... I went to get the pizzas and the man who came over to help in the beginning grabbed my pizzas and said he would bring them out for me. He took my pizzas all the way to my car and sat them in the car for me. This man was so kind!! Thank you again sir!“

“I love the pizza so much. It tasted amazing hot and just as good when I heated it up in the microwave. The only thing I didn’t like was how I received the cinnamon dessert. I didn’t like how I had to put the cream cheese on them and how the cream cheese wasn’t warm and was pretty stiff and didn’t taste all that good. The cinnamon squares were kinda stale too.“

“We love Gioninos. The food is almost always perfect and the staff is always friendly. One observation is that with pizza, sometimes the toppings are on top of the cheese and sometimes the toppings are under the cheese. Cheese on first please, the toppings dont get properly cooked.“

“Biagio donuts are the best! I bought 1 and 1/2 dozen donuts for work and myself. The only disappointment I had was no holes in the raised donuts. I remember when I worked with Biagio years ago, we continued to make more donuts with the donuts holes. Biagio wouldn't let us leave work at night without one or two dozen donuts.“
