They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues.
