More amused by the comments/ reviews, than the way this franchise is run. Complaining about long lines and not being able to get their fancy coffee just so. Oh, and the high prices, OMG! Try this. Get your lazy azz out of bed and show up before it gets busy. Make your own donuts & fancy coffee if you don’t like the prices. UPDATE FROM TRYING AGAIN:
"new?" i hope kid at the counter, doesn't know how to ring out, doesnt know what donuts are what even though theres a sign right in front of his face, doesn't know you have a cinnamon raisin bagel, doesnt know to push the toasted, cream cheese, and cream and sugar buttons if you want less than the normal amount. seriously NEEDS to have someone beside him 24/7 or you know, at least actually train your people so I dont have coffee flavored water and...read full review
