“Dear god not the pies ! Bought one last night and it’s just not the same baker square i know and love . Great response in calling back and fixing the issue, but the new pie vendor they are using is just not even close to the old one and the prices are outrageous now :( I’ve enjoyed them since I was a kid 🥲🥲🥲 Same great food, servers and French silk is pretty close but so so bummed about this 🥲“

“This place is awesome. This and the sweets stop next door, just order, wait for your food, eat then pay! It's become my boyfriend and I's date spot when we walk around the square. Very personable guy, who's sweet and does it all himself! Can't wait to come back to try all the dogs and all the stuff he adds to the menu!“

“1st time there. Read a lot of good reviews about Sammy’s. Had spaghetti and meatballs. Yes, spaghetti and smeatballs on a Friday! Came with soup and salad and garlic toast which was very good also. Very very busy. Waitresses were husselling at a fast pace but all were very nice and kind and kept a smile on their faces!!! Also took a piece of key lime pie home for later. ? mmmmm soooo good! It’s a smaller mom and pop place, well worth the visit! I definitely will be going back there. ??“

“Good place for a good, warm, casual meal--and not just breakfast! My chicken salad was very good, and it was large enough for a full meal (I even took home leftovers). I was especially struck this time by our waitress: she was quite pleasant and cheerful, checking up on us some but not too much to be irritating. I will certainly continue to eat there.“

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about their customers. The food is consistently delicious — real comfort food with generous portions at very reasonable prices. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you really can’t go wrong. The restaurant is always clean, cozy, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for families, friends, or even a solo meal. Service is quick, coffee is always topped off, and they’re great with kids and larger groups too. If you’re in the Painesville/Concord area and want a great meal with even better service, Concord Family Restaurant is a must-visit. Highly recommended!“
