“1st time at this location. I did not order from the kiosk. This location was full of people sitting inside and out. I went to the counter to order and a lovely young lady answered my questions and took my order, extremely professional and polite. I had gift cards (more than one) that had to be entered manually. She did so pleasantly. The reviews had stated that there were long waits. I did have to wait but I ordered coffee and had some paperwork to do so my wait didn't seem long at all. Observation. - As multiple people ordered from the kiosk very quickly the kitchen is not as fast as the kiosk. That's not the kitchen's fault. They are all working very hard. You can see that from this seated area. All of my food was extremely fresh and not lacking in any ingredient or size. Coffee was very hot. All milks were full and all coffee pots were full. Clean floors, clean tables, clean restrooms, delicious food. This place is a WIN , WIN , WIN.

“Coffee was very tasty. Met there with an old friend to catch up. Very clean and atmosphere was cordial. I didn't know you could ask for a ceramic coffee cup if staying there and that was a nice little detail that was enjoyed over a cardboard cup!“
