“we both got chicken and gnocchi soup, it's our fav! had an issue with one dish that came out, it was much much more oily that anticipated, to the point we couldn't handle eating any of it, but our server (i believe her name was Madi) was extremely nice and understanding! replaced it with a different meal and didn't charge us for the other one either. incredible experience! we almost always fill up on the unlimited soup and bread, but it's still worth it because then you get a whole other meal to bring home!“

“First time at this location and found that same great flavor that only their sandwiches offer. Even though they were busy and had several carry out orders ahead of us, our food was ready in minutes. Would have been 5 stars but when I sat I found the bench was coming apart.“

“The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“

“With all due respect, this particular store needs to get its act together! It is close to my office, the food is good, and so I go there (usually carry-out) at least once a week. However, in the last month, I have had my order screwed up three times! I am certain I am not unique, so how many other orders get screwed up? In the last month, I have had to return twice, once because the baguette was not included and today, because I didn’t have salad dressing. (Because of the prior incidents, I even checked that I had the correct salad before I left the store—didn’t think I had to look to see if I had salad dressing!). The other time was when I dined in, and received the wrong salad. I didn’t complain then. I’ve been to this store many, many times in the past and have never once had an incorrect order. Three times in a month—I would have to point my finger at management for lack of training, lack of quality control, or perhaps other issues. I have to wonder how many other customers have had issues with their orders, didn’t complain, and won’t be coming back.“
