“Wonderful food, friendly people, quick service. Came to Middle Bass for a quick island stop to refuel and refresh after a day of boating, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The people who work here are very friendly. The restaurant itself is simplistic and pleasant. The food was PHENOMENAL. The cheese bread (or whatever it was called, I can't quite remember) was delicious, simply superb. The pickle pizza was also delicious, these people have the brilliance of putting ruffles chips on top as well. Simply amazing, awesome, and will return again!“

My bike got a flat tire and he insisted on hauling my bike and myself to the ferry. This 70 year old greatly appreciated his kindness and you can be sure we will support the Goat every time we visit the island.“

I had 2 lobster tails with potatoes as a side absolutely delicious also had a half pound of crab legs, my son had the steam pot and he loved it, my other son had pizza and shrimp and he loved the pizza and I ate the shrimp he was full from the pizza, my wife had the steam pot but brought it home and she tore it up when we walked in the door! highly recommend and loved being able to sit 5 feet from the lake! employees was the best and very helpful! check this place out you won't regret it!“

“Serve what is ordered in a timely manner. Our party of 4 was here last Wednesday for lunch and only 1 of 4 orders was correct. We waited 10 minutes after being seated and received drink order after another 10 minutes. All 4 of us placed food order, ( nothing not on menu) and order was finally brought to table 30 minutes later. Only 1 order was correct. After this, it only took about 5 minutes for the other 3 to be delivered and the cole slaw was incorrect, ever hear of cole slaw with no cabbage? Manager was asked for and he was very rude, no apology and no compensation offered. Beware! They only want your money and have no idea how to run a business properly.“

“Y’all this is a great place to come feed your hungry belly when you’re drinking! We had the most amazing server, Michael, and we loved his service and the food so much we ate there twice! He recommended we try the Brie chicken arugula pizza and it DID NOT miss. Easily the best pizza I’ve ever had!! The drinks are delicious and the pricing is fitting to what you get!“

“A time capsule but that's not an issue for me! They tell you to never judge a book by it's cover and with this place you really can't. As a vegetarian it is difficult for me to get anything other than pizza or salad. Tippers offers a variety of food that I can eat. I ordered the Alfredo and wow was I impressed. You get a small hint of whipping cream but it is very rich and creamy. The after taste of the whipping cream just adds to the fact that the chef is not just using the jar stuff, but actually making it from scratch! Overall delicious!!
