“We were so happy to find Servatii's in Milford near where our son lived. Whenever we visited from Illinois, we always took a batch of bakery goods home with us. Now that we live here, it is a regular destination for us. We haven't had anything yet that wasn't tasty and beautifully decorated. From fresh salads to pieces of cake, portion controlled, that can be frozen for later. Tea cookies, strudel, donuts, cupcakes....you name it they are all delicious. The two ladies who are there most of the time are delightful to work with, makin g suggestions and giving samples. They are a credit to the establishment and the establishment is a credit to the community. I only wish they were even closer to our house, even though they are in the same community.“

“As a donut connoisseur I must say Hurts is fabulous! We are occasionally back and forth from Columbus to cincinnati and often stop for a fix! Haven’t chosen a donut that is not super delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Shop is cute too with cool hanging swing like seats. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!“

“We work third shift and don't always feel like cooking in the few hours left before bed. We ordered these through door dash and they were amazing exactly the doughnuts we have been trying to get. Fresh and fluffy so GREAT!! Way better than dunkin ?!!!!!!!!!!!! Everytime i have ordered from dunkin i get day or two day old stale doughnuts. I will be getting my doughnuts from here.“

“Drove up from Louisville for IKEA and also to try these donuts.
The online hours stated they close at 5pm on Sundays
I arrived at 4:15pm and the store was closed?
I check instagram to see if they had posted holiday hours and they haven’t.“

“Simply the best donuts in Cincinnati!! Bought some for my girlfriend & her office, ALWAYS a hit. People's mouths start to salivate when they hear Holtman's are coming! People especially look forward to Donut Day when I bring Holtman's donuts into work. Cheese Crowns were my favorite, but they aren't ready first thing in the morning. My girlfriend's favorite is the good old-fashioned donut stick.
Note: They do not have a gluten-free donut. They can not guarantee a gluten-free environment, so they won't risk making someone sick. Having recently discovered I have a gluten sensitivity, i appreciate their honesty and commitment.
Parking is on the side of the building with handicap spaces available at the front door AND along the side.
Vegan options on Saturdays, too.

“I have been driving from dayton to my clinical at Bethesda north every day since March. I don’t usually come on Saturdays but today was a day I was making up. A male and female worker tried to help me scan my app for points and it didn’t work. Without hesitation, the male worker said “it’s on both of us, have an awesome day.” Money is tight with not working right now and this act of kindness was appreciated and made an impact more than you know! Thank you for being so kind!“

“This is a great location and very nice inside, workers are working hard, just need an experienced manager to oversee, as I waited at the counter to order until I just gave up, either I was invisible or they didn’t have anyone covering the counter. Husband insisted we try again, and everything was great, no bad intent, nobody standing around, I think the focus is on drive through and online orders.“

“Recently ordered a custom order for a baby shower. Called with 3 weeks notice and gave the theme and colors of the shower. I ordered many different items for a dessert bar and they killed it. The cookies were so delicious and got many compliments (some from very picky cookie eaters), the donuts and donut holes followed suite with the fall theme/yummy taste and the mini pies were perfection. Thank you for making the shower a yummy success!“
