“A group of four, we ordered chicken tikka mughlai, chicken saag, lamb bhuna, and aloo bhindi (potato and okra). The last dish was not on the menu but my wife asked for the combination and they quickly obliged. All the dishes were very good. My favorite was the chicken tikka mughlai. Service was good and very friendly.“

“Delicious food! Fantastic service! We had the buffet lunch. It was so delicious! Love the raita, lentils, chicken tiki Marsala. Desert was especially wonderful. Loved the rice pudding as it was delicious, sweet, and beautifully floral. More people need to try it out“

“We tried Shaan as a recommendation from our air bnb host and we were not disappointed! She claimed it was her favorite & in her opinion, the best in town! We enjoyed the veggie samosas, tikka masala, coconut chicken and garlic naan! Everything was amazing & the service was wonderful, too! We definitely plan to return next time we are in the area.“

“On a whim, we decided to try this place because we were craving Indian cuisine. Omigosh, it was some of the best and most flavorful food we've tried in a long time...and I've definitely had my share from living overseas! The Chicken Tikka Masala was melt-in-your-mouth delicious with a mild creamy tomato-buttery sauce. The Samosas were like a meal themselves, and came with 3 mouth-watering sauces. The Naan was a must with our order and the Mango Lassi was the perfect blend of refreshing sweetness! We were thoroughly impressed with the flavors and the friendly staff here. You can certainly count on us to come back very soon!“

“I just went here with my family and can seriously say this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had. I just got back from NYC and had Indian there but seriously this place is fantastic. The owners are very sweet and really put their love into the food. I will be going back!!“

“It’s been a few years since I’ve been able to have Indian food and man am I glad I chose this place. The food was absolutely perfect. Both fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean, and the service was warm and always with a smile.“

“Upon recommendation of this place in Silverton, ordered carryout of Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan. The food was delicious, but a tad overpriced. The place still states dine-in as an option (in which case the price would be understandable) and they are certainly equipped for it with booth seating and nice decor but the only business was a steady stream of take away orders. If that is their model moving forward they should consider a smaller space and pass along operational savings to the customer. In any case, will return and look forward to trying a lamb dish and the garlic Naan.“

“I went here once to pick up food since it was on my way to work. It seemed like a solid and authentic Indian restaurant with lots of cultural representation in the clientele. I enjoyed my food so much that I treated myself to a meal after work today. The service was very good and helpful, and they were clean with sanitation and care for dishes. I felt the environment was also very peaceful and they had Indian content on the TVs and music playing, which I appreciated. Also, they provided self-serve water, and I am thirsty and introverted so that was great. Also there's a place to sit outside which I wish I did since it was a nice day. All of the tables were four seaters so it's great for small families or couples.I ordered Saag Paneer and Buttered Naan and it was a delicious meal. I even had some for left overs. I also really loved how they cooked the naan and wished I ordered more. I also felt the prices were very reasonable and I wouldn't mind getting a second order to go in the future. If you're in the Mason or Deerfield area, it's easy to get caught up running errands, or just needing a bite to eat. This restaurant would be a great option to fill your stomach and enjoy some Indian culture and food. I recommend.“

“Definitely a 4.7 star restaurant or may be even closer to 5 star as their food was good. Service was awesome. Atmosphere was good too. Restroom was clean and well maintained. I am surprised that it was not busy when we went at the lunch time. They gave discount to personnel in miltary as they saw the men in uniform. Thank you for the service. Keep it up. People should try them and keep them busy. Hope they stay consistent with their food and service in future as well.“

“Got take out from here. The curry and naan were really good. Great taste, smelled really nice, and spice level was perfect for me. However, the somasa was the worst I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. Not sure why that was so off-the-mark when everything else was really tasty. I recommend the restaurant, just avoid the samosa.Vegetarian options: Can get most dishes subbed with paneer instead of meat.“

“Food is good the portion size of chinese food is less compared to the price otherwise food taste is good. Please ask upfront for the cost because they charge on everything extra u get.if you ask sauce or anything there is a charge & which is understandable but the people who takes your order have to tell you upfront not charging them later saying u have eaten this & that.dnt go on weekends super packed ready to wait in line for 20-30 mins minimum.“

“Overall okay taste for Indian food. Felt kind of overhyped. Nothing great, few chats are better than other restaurants, that’s it.We tried Samosa Chat, Special Chaat and Papdi chaat, however only Samosa Chaat was good, rest had very ordinary taste. Can say 7/10 rating. Not a bad experience but not a great experience too. There is lot of room for improvement in taste however restaurant doesn’t bother to heed towards it.Ambience and sitting arrangements are very basic but can’t blame since it’s a limited space.“

“After 4 years of taste disappointments, we bravely tackled their buffet lunch. Why, you ask ? Thanks to our friends' push, we took the plunge. Not exactly a food wonderland, but hey, it was decent enough. The meat played it cool—fresh and delightful. The fish was swimmingly tasty, and the Hyderabad style chicken dum biryani had us doing a happy dance. While each dish had its merits, a sprinkle more of the right seasoning and spice could have elevated the taste to a whole new level. It's like they were hinting at greatness but holding back a bit – the seasoning's version of playing hard to get! Now, let's talk desserts. Shahi tukda was the superstar. However, they might want to gather the sweet troops and rethink the dessert lineup. On the brighter side, the curd rice was a fresh, tasty surprise.Ambiance, oh dear ambiance! It could use a splash of color and some serious decoration therapy to make it as inviting as your grandma's kitchen. Staff members were sweethearts, providing service that even Cupid would be proud of. Speaking of love, a bit of TLC for the ambiance and the staff wouldn't hurt. The price for the food? Well, it didn't break the bank, but it could do with a bit of haggling. All in all, dining here is like a rollercoaster – some ups, some downs, but in the end, you're still craving that next ride.“

“Great little Indian restaurant in a tiny shopping strip, so unexpected . I've been here a few times and food is consistently delicious with a very attentive staff. We got chicken Tikka Masala ( chicken here is shredded instead of whole chunks ) Aloo Gobi, Dal Makini and Saag Paneer with Kasmiri Naan and garlic Naan. The decor needs updating ( wall paper is clearly from bygone days and not congruent with an Indian restaurant ) but it's ok. I meet my neices there so it's all about the yummy food and good conversation. If you like Indian food than here's your new spot!“

“I was out and about about and my pregnant wife sent me a text: “I want a gyro, Indian food and Chinese food all at once”Suddenly I was on a quest to visit 3 separate restaurants in short amount of time to fulfill her request. I got it all done, but the reason why I am writing this review is because my wife and I were both blow away by the food from RAVIS! This was our first time and the food is excellent, just the right amount of spice in the Tikka Masala and the naan was also very good. I ordered ahead online via FoodHub and my order was ready when I arrived - no issues there. Restaurant was cozy and the staff was very pleasant. Can’t wait to try this place again!“

“I took a to go order of nawabi chicken biryani family pack. Food quantity is good enough for 4-5 people. Quality of food is also good. We ordered medium spice but I felt that food was little bit spicy. I also took chiku shake which is too good. Overall it's a good Indian restaurant with good variety of food items.“

“Great food and helpful service. Location is convenient to us and we enjoy the cozy booths and friendly greeting when going there. We usually dine in but see lots of take out and delivery activity so give that a try too. Food is always hot and well-prepared with generous portions, we like to try different items and share them.“
