They have a new AI system for ordering. Not very user-friendly. I prefer person to person interaction. Food is decent for a fast food place. This particular Rallys needs to get its mozzarella sticks out of the freezer and into the fryer, I miss being able to order them. They have the best mozzarella sticks.
Went back to enjoy those killer fries... you cant beat em'. They also have quite the variations of other foods. Going through the drive through the voice is AI (Artificial Intelligence)... super accurate, impressive. Hope they stay around, it keeps getting more difficult to find these places.
