After coming here and getting served by Aleia my opinions have changed. Service was beyond amazing Aleia was amazing just so happy and helpful. A true gem. I don’t recall ever going after sundown since they close at 1000pm and are getting ready to close around 915p. It makes sense. So much for the $5 footlong. Inflation is a killer.“

“Ordered thru the subway app when I arrived they had no record of the order even tho I had the receipt on my phone. Was told id have to pay for it again. So I left, jimmy took it upon himself to make it right. He is what customer service should be!! 100000% deserves a raise for how he handled the situation!! Don’t skip this subway!“

“My wife and I were staying at the Renaissance by Marriott Toledo for an event at the Huntington Center and the next morning, we walked down to this place for breakfast. My wife got the cinnamon swirl bagel with cream cheese and I got the Farmer's Eggel. Both bagels were made fresh and they were very good and very filling! We were there around 8am on a Friday morning and we were the only ones there. If you're staying at a nearby hotel, I would recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!“

“delivery is always very fast, but almost every time i’ve ordered, they add onions to a wrap that’s not supposed to have onions on it. trust me, i check every time to make sure i’m not missing it. it’s a chicken caesar wrap, why would you put onions on it?“

“My friend and I were driving from New York to Utah and just stopped at a random Subway in Ohio. The two workers there were very kind and thoughtful and it was a great break during our long trip. I had to use the WiFi which worked great. The only bummer was that they did have any turkey so it was a 9.8 experience. But if they did, it would be a 10/10 :)“

O er all for whole experience 7/10 seen something need clean Lil up grades on signs stuff but I would definitely go hear agine“
