“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.“

“I stop by for a snack and Moolatte on my drives to Newark, which is every month or two. This is the friendliest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and happy to serve you. I can’t say I’ve ordered much from the menu, I usually get the same thing, but it’s always good and fresh, and served up with a smile! Management is doing a wonderful job here!“

“Grub Hub canceled our order so I went myself. Wasn't not pumped. Driver thru only, waited. Wasn't mean but just had business to talk about. Manager on shift was very polite but informative. Wanted to help and get things happening now that I was there. Fries were hot, good transparency and communication in a cherry on top situation of an interesting day. Bearded sir, I appreciated your calmness and just stating what you knew. We will come back, but bring ourselves.“

“For a late night visit at 10:14 pm they staff was friendly and prompt. Foodnwas in point.
Parking: Plenty of parking around the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: McDonalds is always kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is handicap accessible.“

“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.“

“One negative I have is when a customer orders something and it’s not done and when you say something to the employee they just the eyes they should make it right who wants to eat cold food“

“Chicken sandwich was good, but pretty spicy. Nice crispy coating on large pieces of chicken breast meat. Preferred the mac and cheese over the fries. Looks like the tasty menu is for breakfast which is served until 2 pm. We will try that next time. Oh, and can't forget the cheerwine soda!“

“The girl that was working today at 1:30 was amazing! Even though she was working alone, she had in store and pick up customers taken care of as fast as she could. Her time management skills are a 10. That girl deserves a raise!!“

“Food is a 3 star because well it’s Taco Bell. Service tonight was outstanding. They actually got our outset completely right and there is 5 of us with 3 of us being particular about what is not to be included on their menu item. Your team was professional prompt and got it right. Thank you.“

“I have been here a few times, and the service is consistent. The burgers are just ok. The other options are much better. The prices are average to any other fast food. They have a happy hour for drinks. You have the option of the drive thru, car hop or ordering at the window and use the patio.“

“By and large, Wendy’s has a better hamburger than McDonald’s. Have been going to the Buckeye Lake Ohio Wendy’s for 25+ years. Today was a first. I had not eaten in the dining room since before Covid. I usually get drive thru but my husband and I decided to eat in today. What a terrible disappointment. I wanted to place a separate take out order so my husband got the straws and napkins and got a table while I waited on my salad to take home. There were only 2 other tables of people so the store was not that busy. The store was dirty with food all over the floor. When I complained, I was told that they are under construction. I told them that food all over the floor is not construction related. One trash can was over-flowing and there was no place to put your garbage. They were out of spoons in the dining room so I had to ask for spoons for our frosties. There was no ketchup in the dining room so I had to go back and ask for ketchup. My second trip to the counter, I asked if there was a manager around. The cashier pointed to a lady. She looked in my direction and then turned her back and walked away. This is the worse experience I have ever had at this store in the 25+ years I have been going there. I’m so disappointed. But yes I would still recommend Wendy’s food.“
