They never give sauces, we've never successfully got sauces even when asked, and this store loves seeing how much of your order can fit in one bag even if it smashes everything and leads to the bottom breaking out. “Was there on a Saturday at lunch and it was extremely busy. Had a to go order and I was surprised how quickly it came. My only complaint about the food was the gallyboy burger was lacking in flavor.. This location has been around a long time and for a good reason. Definitely better than any other burger place in Stow.“

“My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.“

“First time here and I cant wait to go back! Before I talk about the food, I have to give a big shout out to our servers Amanda and Anna. They were a lot of fun and very accomadating. Amanda has been there for eight years and Anna is training She was a real trooper with our attempts to razzle her. Now for the food. Almost every month they have lobster fest featuring unique lobster dishes. This morning they had posted one of these dishes being fried lobster tail. I have never heard of lobster being fried and knew I had to have this. It was beyond my expectations, absolutely amazing! I expect a small tail but this was far from small. I can polish off lobster tails but in this case I needed a to go box! They also have the best white french dressing I’ve ever had and I’ve tried many. I ordered lobster bisque to go for Scott. Not only did he say it was the absolte est ever (huge compliment because everything is usually just alright to him which is interpreted as good) he was also taken back by how much lobster was in it. Very comfortable, nice restaurant with fantastic servers and outstanding food…which means the chef is a rock star! The building is deceiving from the outside but I assure you when you get inside you will be wowed!“

Called in and the person on takeout was extremely helpful(and patient) with my order and answering all my questions. Two of the new BIG Bangin Burgers, loaded mashed potatos(extra scallions) and a thing of mozzy sticks got me another 300 miles without stopping. Next time I'll make sure to grab some of the margarita's, from the description they are worth it!“

I'm a fan of Gosling's Black Seal and was pleasantly surprised to see it on the menu. For our entrees, he got the Reuben and I had the Shroomin' Burger. We love seeing that they use The Farmer's Rail for their burgers - delicious, locally-raised meats. For dessert, I saw the creme brulee on the menu. it turned out to be a mango creme brulee! Such a delicate mango flavor, creamy, not overly sweet. Great service, great food... We'll definitely be back for nights out!“

The food was very good with the steak being cooked to perfection, but the absolutely best part of our experience was our server Keiana N. We could not have asked for better service, she was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, highly professional, and a joy to talk to with a very wonderful and engaging personality. We have had very poor service at other restaurants but this was a truly great experience and we look forward to visiting your Kent, OH restaurant in the near future.
