“Great service, clean store, professional everything. Excellent food, clean lot and bathrooms.So why only 4 ⭐️’s?I used the kiosk, I payed at the kiosk. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt, they looked it up on the front computer, they had no record of any sales. I logged into the account for the card, showed the manager the charge, and that I did indeed pay.My order came up, they made it and it’s fantastic. Still no receipt. I have to call their office to get a receipt emailed to me. Not a bad thing, little hiccup gave their whole store a chance to shine, it’s shiny here.Order your food at the kiosk, pay at the counter if you want/need a receipt.Great place, highly satisfied across the board.

Parking: I was able to park my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 with 144 extended frame van easily. Y’all should be good.

Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking for a disability van, with a landing zone for your chair-lift and no curb in said area to either side of the front door.“

“This is one of our regular spots, it truly NEVER misses. You have to order the onion rings “broken” where they break them before putting them in the fryer and they get way crispier.
We had a slight issue with our order tonight and Aidan was SUPER quick to get it fixed for us, he was a great server!“

“Menche’s was kind enough to support the Green HS varsity baseball seniors this week. The individually wrapped cheeseburgers were meaty, cooked perfectly, even had toasted buns! Delicious! “My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.“

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

“It's what it looks and sounds like...a local sports bar and restaurant. Food has a good variety and some dishes are good while others need to be taken off. I enjoy going here for a simple night out with my kid, where I donh have to cook, and can play Keno!“

“We have always loved the hamburgers, however the last two visits we not very good. The buns were hard and somewhat stale. The burger cooked almost to a crisp. Not sure if it is a new cook, manager or meat, but it is not the same. Onion rings were good . The young lady was very nice and efficient.“

“Met my niece here for dinner. She lives in Cuyahoga falls and I live in old Brooklyn. I searched places in Cuyahoga falls and chose this one. Neither one of us have ever been here. Frank was an awesome waiter and very helpful. I ordered the half chicken it was so delicious, that I ordered two to go for my 18 year old son and 14 year old daughter, they loved it also. “Not sure why these places went from “Too Hip to Be Square” to nearly always empty? The food that they offer is still of good quality. When they were busy their prices were sort of on the expensive side. Now the prices are in line with BK, Wendy’s and McDonalds. They are actually priced a tad better than those places. For the price you get a hot, fresh and totally prepared to order burger. They only put what you ask on their burgers. Maybe that’s the problem?
The shakes here are still incredible.

One addition that I would love to see…
STEAK FRIES!! The shoestring fries don’t travel well. They are inedible on carry out orders by the time the trip home is completed.“

“Great place! My wife and I moved to Akron 6 months ago and we drive by Portage Trail frequently. Decided to give it a try today and it is very good! Love the fact that you can add/modify your order as you please in the self check out kiosk and add patties (burger or chicken) to your sandwich. And has a great beer selection as well!

What can I say a big old cheesesteak is amazing and this location that we were at didn't disappoint. “Rob Bass said it in his rap song and it was the truth back in the 80’s. The Whopper was a treat each and every time that I bought one. It’s still not the Burger King of old, but they have really improved upon the quality doesn’t matter, serve them anything Good Burger, keep cranking ‘em out stage / that it appeared that they took for the first 24 years or of this century. I left many Whoppers unfinished during this stage. I kept going back even though I knew that I would leave disappointed. They changed the fries recipe so many times that I began to prefer their minced onion, onion rings over the like warm never crunchy sticks. Today my fries were crunchy and my Patty Melt was “One tasty burger!”
My only regret? One flavor of diet soda. Come on! Wendy’s has a million flavors now Arby’s and Taco Bell even give me a choice. Get Diet 7up or a diet Root Beer flavor, please?
The mini Churros taste as good as the Churros taste at a carnival. The chocolate dipping sauce was pretty artificial tasting and lame, but I’m sure other flavors will come.
