“I prefer the Shortys of about 7 years ago. I like the current, but it just doesn't hit the same. Also, I feel now that it's over priced for what you get in regards of quality and quantity. Our waitress was amazing though! Always great service and atmosphere.“

“We've been here over 30 times , party of 8 , got seated quickly . Server was on point ( Olivia ) Food was fair , but it was extremely busy . Management was more than gracious with two of the meals . Nice experience !“

“Felt like grabbing some BBQ and was on a work trip so this hit the spot. The food was pretty good. The gumbo was good and the burnt ends were also good but pretty expensive for the amount you get. The smoked sausage, mac and cheese, BBQ beans were all good. I also got pulled pork which I thought was OK. Little dry and the flavor wasn't my favorite. I recently got back from a trip to Hawaii and the kalua pork literally anywhere on the Hawaiian islands is the best pulled pork I've ever had to maybe my opinion is skewed. The server i had was super nice and helpful, though it brought to light a couple things. She didn't know what was on draft or what all the bottled beer selections were without going and looking. Also, I went during happy hour and it took like 7-8 different beers of me asking to see if it applied to happy hour because some did and some didn't. Kinda weird to not have some type of happy hour menu that explains what's not included but that was a minor issue. Overall, I'd come back. The price i paid was more elevated than it probably normally would be since I got gumbo and burnt ends as two appetizers.“

“This is our absolute favorite steakhouse, they bring free bread to your table while you wait. The steak is always cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor. Yesterday, we ate there for our first wedding anniversary, they didn't have any more baked potatoes so I got the mac 'n cheese as a substitute and believe me when I say, it was very delicious!“

“My mom & I have ordered out multiple times from the maumee location. The service is always good. The food is always nicely prepared and fresh. The ribs are the Best that I have had in Toledo!!! The meat is juicy, the sauce is good, and there's a lot of meat on the ribs. I have sent a great deal of customers to them. Also, the mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn muffins are finger licking good.“

“Absolutely the most delicious steaks in town. Also the best prices in town. J. Alexanders comes second to this place. The only complaint I have is that we arrived with two couples and the music was so loud, they refused to stay so my girlfriend and I ate alone. It is true that the music is far too loud to the point that you cannot hear yourself speak to your date. You have to shout. I don['t know if the owner is aware of this as I don't see him there all the time.“

“They have Olga's Mediterranean food here. Limited menu, tho. I got an Original Olga-Great, snack basket of pita bread with Swiss cheese spread-Excellent and a side salad, also- good. They do not have tzatziki sauce. They have Olga sauce which tastes like yogurt with lemon juice.“
