The food is absolutely incredible, and the menu has something for everyone. I got a rainbow bagel with cream cheese, and it was the best bagel I have EVER had! My husband said he will probably stop in tomorrow again for breakfast (yes, it is THAT good!!). This is truly a hidden gem of Monroe! Do yourself a favor and check it out!“

“I've been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels on Union Centre in West Chester for about 10 years now, and somehow they just keep getting better and better. That says a lot, because most places lose consistency over time—but not this one. The care, freshness, and quality in every single order is obvious.

Manager Jen (with one n!) is absolutely wonderful. She runs this location with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. You can tell when a place has strong leadership, and this store absolutely does. The whole staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially Shane, who is always great to see and keeps things moving with a positive attitude.

What really stands out is that they make you feel appreciated every time you come in. Orders are accurate, food is fresh, and the service is fast without ever feeling rushed.

And if you're reading this wondering what to order—definitely try the lox bagel. I get mine on a toasted potato bagel, no capers, extra red onion, and it is incredible every single time.
